Ned Fulmer is no longer working with The Try Guys.

The group, which gained popularity on BuzzFeed for its viral videos and eventually jumped to start producing content through its own company, announced Tuesday that founding member Ned Fulmer is “no longer working with The Try Guys.”

“As a result of a thorough internal review, we see no way to move forward together,” the online statement said. “Thank you for your support as we navigate this transition.”

The statement did not specify the nature of the review.

Fulmer, of which Keith Habersberger, Jack Kornfeld, and Eugene Lee Yang were also founding members, has been the subject of speculation on Reddit and other social media sites before he was fired for alleged infidelity.

In an Instagram post, Fulmer said she had a “consensual working relationship.”

“I am sorry for any pain my actions may have caused men and fans but most of all Ariel,” he wrote. “The only thing that matters right now is my marriage and my kids, and that’s where I’m going to focus.”

In addition to videos showing all four original members, The Tri Guys YouTube channel also features a series featuring individual Tri Guys and their circles, several of which featured Fulmer and his wife. Ariel Fulmer also appears in the series “The Tri Wives: Wine Time” with other couples.

CNN’s attempts to reach Ned and Ariel Fulmer for further comment have not been returned.

Ariel Fulmer shared a post on Instagram thanking those who have “reached out to me,” adding that it “means a lot.”

“There is nothing more important to me and Ned than our family, and all we ask now is that you respect our privacy for the sake of our children,” she wrote.

Since leaving BuzzFeed in 2018, The Tri Guys have expanded their brand to include a bestselling book, tour, documentary, and show with Food Network called “No Recipe Road Trip with the Tri Guys,” inspired by their famous YouTube channel that similar.

CNN has reached out to Food Network representatives for comment. A new installment of the series will be released on Wednesday. (Like CNN, the food chain is part of Warner Bros. Discovery.)
